• A call center. Our call center staff supports customer needs for all sales, whether shipped from one of our approved suppliers or directly from our warehouse.

• Auction Trader (Merchant Services) handles all payments in-house.

• Our product suppliers go through a rigorous approval process so you can trust the products you buy. The approval process includes credit checks, and trade references.

• We tell you your shipping and handling charges before you bid. Unlike other marketplaces, we do not believe in hidden charges. Even though we do have to charge for shipping and handling to cover warehouse charges and other expenses, we're confident that when you add these charges to your bid price, you're still saving between 20-80% off the retail prices of the items.

• Many of our auctions have NO reserve price. Many auctions start at one dollar with no reserve, and other offerings have a very low minimum starting bid or a "buynow" price.

• Our going, going, gone period ensures that there is never any "bid sniping." This gives everyone a chance to get in their best bid possible.

• Our "BuyNow" auctions give you the opportunity to purchase items at a set price on the spot, instead of waiting for the auction to close.

• Most of our product is procured by a team of merchandise specialists. The product is then shipped directly out of our warehouse facility.
